BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS, September 29, 2011 - William Gallagher Associates (WGA) announces that Mary Broderick has joined the firm as a Senior Vice President in the Property & Casualty Practice.

Ms. Broderick will serve as the new Property Practice Leader, providing resources to WGA’s large corporate clients’ on their complex property risks.

“It is great to have Mary on board, she brings with her tremendous amount of experience and very strong market relationships,” said Patrick Veale, President of WGA. “She will give a fresh outlook to our client's property exposures.”

She comes to WGA from Willis and prior to that she was with Wells Fargo for several years. Ms. Broderick began her career with Johnson & Higgins (now Marsh) and worked with them in a variety of offices around the country before settling in Boston 14 years ago.

Ms. Broderick is a graduate Eastern Illinois University and has her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
